How many staff members can use the platform?

Every plan includes unlimited staff seats. Your entire team — grant managers, planners, finance staff, consultants — can all access the platform at no additional cost.

What does "expert review" mean in the Advanced plan?

Before you submit any grant application, our team reviews it for accuracy, completeness, and FAA compliance. We flag any issues and provide feedback so you submit with confidence.

What's included in Premium consulting?

We handle the entire grant process on your behalf — preparing applications, coordinating with FAA, managing drawdowns, and closing out grants. Your team stays informed through the platform while we do the work.

Can we upgrade plans mid-year?

Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Advanced or Premium at any time and we'll pro-rate the difference. Consulting services begin as soon as your upgrade is confirmed.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees. We'll schedule an onboarding call to get your airport, projects, and existing grants loaded into the system — that's included in every plan.
